The Branch Manager is the entrepreneurial sales and operations leader, who oversees store operations while coaching and mentoring your team to achieve branch budgetary goals and objectives while fostering a confident and collaborative culture that produces exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure that the branch departments (service, parts, sales, and rental), understand and implement company policies and procedures to meet or exceed key performance metrics.
