Employer job description
From Overwatch Construction Management's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Construction Estimator/Scheduler with 5 to 10 years of hands-on construction management experience across schools, hospitals, and federal/public sector projects. In this hybrid dual role, you will be critical to project success—producing accurate cost estimates, building and reviewing realistic master schedules, and maintaining tight project controls from pre-construction through completion.
The successful candidate is self-motivated, nimble, responsive, and inclined to work without direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating & Cost Analysis: Develop comprehensive conceptual, schematic, and final estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budget models for public building projects nationwide.
