Responsibilities Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility providing acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting since 2001. The Human Resources Director provides strategic leadership for all aspects of human resources, ensuring the effective development and execution of workforce strategies, HR programs, policies, and practices.
Serving as a trusted business partner to organizational leaders, this role drives talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce development initiatives. The Human Resources Director fosters a positive workplace culture, supports organizational goals, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies while leading all core HR functions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and execute the organization's human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives. Partner with executive and department leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning support. Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support employee attraction and retention. Lead organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Manage HR systems, records, and reporting to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
