LAYIQ - (USA) Senior Manager, Software Engineering at Walmart

Strong technical judgment and experience with enterprise-scale architectures, distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Strong people leadership with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with Product, Business, and Engineering leaders.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time.
Proficiency in project management, milestone tracking, and capacity planning to drive operational excellence.
Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled CRM or Customer Care solutions is a plus.
