LAYIQ - Total Rewards Manager at Sovrn

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of total rewards experience spanning benefits, retirement, leave, compensation, and payroll programs across the US and Europe
A track record of building trusted relationships with employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners built through credibility, reliability, and genuine care for people
An approachable and empathetic communication style that helps employees and managers feel comfortable asking questions, raising concerns, and seeking help
The ability to explain complex reward policy information clearly and in plain language
A high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling employee information
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, vendors, and priorities simultaneously
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to build models, analyze complex data, and turn insights into recommendations
Experience with job architecture, job mapping, market survey participation, market pricing, pay analysis, and annual compensation cycles
Experience administering bonus and sales incentive plans
Experience administering HRIS systems and Total Rewards platforms
Experience using AI tools to automate or improve workflows and efficiency
Working knowledge of benefits, retirement, leave, compensation, payroll, and related regulations across the US and Europe with experience implementing regulatory changes
CCP, CBP, and SHRM-CP preferred
