Indiana Conservation Information Manager

What We Can Achieve Together:

• The Conservation Information Manager participates in conservation planning at various levels across the Conservancy and with Indiana and Midwest conservation partners. They help develop and implement conservation strategies that employ a full range of land protection approaches and that secure public and private support for the Conservancy’s priorities. They develop and maintain documentation, tools and systems for data management, which may include a GIS library and/or database products library. They perform data analysis, which may include processing spatial and other relational data sets, designing advanced queries, and producing professional reports. They compile, manage, and apply information from various sources to assist staff in making decisions, solving problems, and improving workflow. They coordinate multiple projects, set deadlines, track progress, and manage completion. They provide expert guidance in meeting administrative requirements based on extensive knowledge of policies and procedures and will implement processes and practices to improve effectiveness.
