General Overview
Are you a Dental Assistant looking for a privately owned practice where you can help patients every day? Do you love to create a smooth environment that puts the patient first? If so we would LOVE to talk to you!
What we’ll offer you:
A compensation package, with a range of $21-25hr, based on experience
401(k) plan with a match
PTO and holidays
Schedule:
Monday: 6:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Wednesday: 7:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Thursday: 8:30am-6:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
Develop a relationship with the patient.
Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: New Grads welcome to apply! We will train!
High school diploma or GED.
Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
Knowledge of Chairside assisting, and dental terminology
