Lead Great Programs
Coach Amazing Athletes programs as needed
Help ensure every program delivers a fun, engaging, high-quality experience
Mentor coaches and provide feedback and support
Visit program locations and help maintain consistent quality
Help Lead the Team
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train coaches
Help manage schedules and staffing needs
Conduct coach check-ins and evaluations
Become a trusted resource for our coaching team
Help Grow the Business
Work directly with the owner on growth initiatives
Develop relationships with schools, childcare centers, camps, and community organizations
Identify and pursue new program locations and partnerships
Conduct outreach and follow up with prospective clients
Support enrollment, local marketing, and community networking
Support Operations
Help manage the day-to-day needs of a growing youth sports business
Monitor programs, attendance, and enrollment
Coordinate equipment, uniforms, supplies, and materials
Communicate with coaches, schools, families, and partners
Help improve processes as the business grows

Schedule & Requirements
This is a flexible, part-time position that can quickly grow into a full time role for the right person. Key responsibilities will be coaching, training, administrative, operational, and business-development responsibilities. Help with our sister brand Soccer Stars may also be included.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you are: Experienced in coaching, youth sports, education, recreation, or a related field, including lead coach-level experience working with young children
Experience working with children in group classes and comfortable leading groups
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with parents and families, school or childcare staff, and community partners
At least 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Holds all required Pennsylvania clearances to work with children
Reliable transportation for travel between locations throughout the Main Line, Bucks County, and surrounding Philadelphia suburbs
Available on weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, and for occasional weekends
Experience in staff management, recruiting, sales, customer service, childcare, camps, program management, or working with and developing new customers is a plus, but you do not need to check every box.

Compensation
Compensation: 30-40 USD hourly
