JOB SUMMARY:: The Associate is an onsite client-facing role responsible for leading discrete workstreams supporting process improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Associates independently perform analysis, facilitate client working sessions, develop recommendations, and collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions that improve operational performance.
