We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role serves as a key business partner, supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines while helping drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and participation across all levels of the organization.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, employee development, retention, and engagement activities.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer preparation, and compensation recommendations.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company-wide employee communications.
Maintain knowledge of employment laws, government regulations, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
•Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other employee leave processes.
Maintain and optimize HR systems, employee records, reporting tools, and data integrity while generating workforce metrics and analytics.
Provide guidance and administrative support related to employment-based immigration, international assignments, and global mobility activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, FMLA, compensation and benefits administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
