The company is a leader in the construction of quality affordable housing throughout the five boroughs. Monadnock has grown to a team of over 200 people with anywhere from 15-20 active construction jobs at any given time.
The Safety Compliance Manager’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work directly with Safety Team and project teams to enforce Monadnock’s safety policies.
- Work with Project Executives to ensure safety standards are consistent across all projects and increase accountability.
