Proven experience leading complex People, talent, HR, or business initiatives requiring strong program management and disciplined execution.
Strong business, talent, and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate workforce data and organizational activity into meaningful insights, executive-ready materials, and actionable recommendations.
Ability to navigate organizational boundaries, influence stakeholders, anticipate needs, and bring structure to ambiguity.
Continuous improvement mindset with experience simplifying processes and developing scalable solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
Curiosity and fluency with technology, AI, automation, and data to identify opportunities to redesign work and improve People strategy and program delivery.
