LAYIQ - Sr. Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance at Generate

Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Commerce or related field of study and 4 years of post-baccalaureate experience in investor relations and strategic finance.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with: 1) 4 years of experience with financial modeling, including any combination of structured investment modeling, risk-assessment, and forecasting.
2) 3 years of experience with accounting principles, including independently building and interpreting three-statement financial models.
3) 2 years of experience participating in buy-side or sell-side financial, commercial, and operational due diligence processes.
4) finance concepts, including discounted cash flow analysis, valuation methodologies, and capital structure fundamentals.
5) applying financial markets and investment products knowledge to modeling and analyses.
6) supporting or consulting directly with institutional investors in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets contexts.
7) translating financial analyses into clear, concise insights for senior management, investors, and cross-functional partners.
8) Excel-based financial modeling, including complex formulas, scenario analysis, and model auditability.
9) Anaplan modeling concepts.
10) applying financial models to investment analysis, forecasting, and decision support, including identifying risks, sensitivities, and key value drivers.
11) preparing investor-ready communication materials.
12) using Dealcloud, Salesforce, Adaptive or similar ERP systems to track external party communications, workflows, and capital raising efforts.
13) Working with Business Central in a professional capacity.
14) using relationship management or CRM platforms to support fundraising and investor engagement activities.
15) data analysis (using SQL and Python) and automation tools (including Power BI).
