GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Services District Educator (SDE) is responsible for developing high-performing services teams within one’s district who consistently deliver growth in salon hair sales.
The SDE influences and educates all stylists within their district as well as the store leadership to drive performance fueled by education. The SDE is responsible for building an annual education calendar and training on techniques, business acumen, the latest trends, and new service launches. The SDE is a licensed cosmetologist who also contributes to the sales of the district by maintaining a personal clientele.
