Role Summary
URBN is looking for a Programmatic Media Coordinator that will support the team's day-to-day campaign execution, reporting, and optimization across display, online video, audio, and CTV, and will partner closely with Brand Performance Marketing to help drive strong return on ad spend.
URBN's approach to digital media is ever-evolving. Our in house agency team covers core Programmatic channels that drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, media efficiency, and incrementality across all URBN brands (Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People & Nuuly).
Role Responsibilities
Support the setup, launch, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as TradeDesk, Amazon, DV360, Yahoo
Assist with day-to-day campaign management, including pacing checks, budget tracking and performance against KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability)
Support Ad Operations on trafficking, tagging, and troubleshooting delivery or measurement issues
Conduct pre- and post-launch QA on creative, targeting, and tracking setup to ensure campaigns go live correctly
Pull weekly campaign data and help build reporting and performance summaries for programmatic buyers and brand stakeholders
Partner with brand strategy, analytics, and creative teams to help align targeting and messaging across campaigns
Help maintain documentation of campaign specs, timelines and vendor/platform processes
Stay current on programmatic trends, inventory opportunities and privacy changes affecting media buying
Role Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to programmatic media buying preferred
Basic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and core concepts such as open internet targeting and bid strategies
Familiarity with one or more DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360) a plus
Comfortable working with marketing data (i.e. platform reporting, MTA, GA4) in Excel, Sheets or AI tools to identify insights and drive informed recommendations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points: Familiarity with ad serving/tagging tools (e.g., Innovid, CM360, Double Verify), exposure to working across multiple brands/clients simultaneously, experience working with e-commerce, or related experience with other technology centric industries
