General Role Description
Ensure the effective design, development, implementation, measurement, and management of processes for third-party skid and e-house integration and other major subcontractors for the business unit (BU).
- Role Accountabilities
- · Analyze business unit needs to mitigate integration and major subcontracting supply and delivery risk, recommend appropriate solutions, implement as approved
- · Develop and recommend optimal integration and major subcontracting supplier selection criteria
- · Manage qualifications and performance evaluation of integrators and major subcontractors
