LAYIQ - Senior Business Operations Program Manager at Whoop

5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, management consulting, or operational strategy, ideally within a high-growth technology or consumer electronics company.
Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations is preferred.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and other similar project management tools.
Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects or workstreams from planning through execution with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated success managing multiple cross- functional priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, develop data-driven recommendations, and translate strategic decisions into actionable cross-functional plans.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, communicating progress, and driving accountability.
Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions and builds trusted working relationships through reliability, ownership, and follow-through.
High degree of ownership, adaptability, and urgency—ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
