Recruiter in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote the company’s leading reputation and culture.
Involved with the full-cycle recruiting process – applicant to onboarding as a new hire.
Recruit for a wide variety of positions including professional, skilled trades/craft, construction, and operations.
Develop collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their specific talent needs.
Maintain timely and meaningful communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Determine appropriate sourcing strategies including posting jobs, database searches, networking, promoting job/profile pages, etc.
Maintain accurate and applicant/job information in our applicant tracking system.
Provide guidance related to the market and the candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices.
