The Procedural and Therapeutics division is comprised of several operational areas that provide therapeutic or procedural-based support for oncology care rooted in safe, high-quality practice. We work hand-in-hand with multiple divisions across the institution, including Surgery; Radiation Oncology; Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine, Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong scheduling experience, as this role is approximately 95% focused on provider scheduling and template management. They are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and take initiative to resolve issues while supporting front desk operations as needed. Flexibility to travel between the Katy and The Woodlands locations is required, and candidates with prior PSC experience are strongly preferred. This position is hybrid, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
