The Patient Services Coordinator at MD Anderson Cancer Center coordinates and schedules patient appointments and impacts patient care services by ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of provider appointments, diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments. This role is essential to maintaining smooth patient flow and supporting the multidisciplinary care team.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and three years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting. The candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week, a combination of two 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. This department is hiring for Evening/Night shift: (7:00PM - 7:00AM, and 7:00PM - 3:00AM)
