LAYIQ - 2027 Early Talent Internship: Office of the CEO (MBA) at TIAA

Collaborates with the Office of the CEO to track strategic priorities and key deliverables.
Assists with meeting preparation and logistics for the CEO’s internal and external commitments.
Supports the coordination and contributes to the creation of presentations for internal audiences, including leadership updates and company-wide communications.
Follows up on action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.
Assists with planning and coordination of meetings that support business projects and objectives.
Learns to navigate TIAA’s structure and collaborates with various departments to gather insights and drive results.
Contributes to customer-focused projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
Supports a collaborative, results-driven culture through active participation in team goals.
Additional Requirement: Currently enrolled in an MBA degree seeking program with expected completion date between December 2027 - June 2028.
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must have authorization to work in the U.S., and not require current or future work visa sponsorship to retain authorization to work in the U.S.

Anticipated Posting End Date: Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
