The IFEC QoE Analyst will be responsible for monitoring IFEC system operational performance to deliver World Class customer experience and build scalable data tools to identify performance trends. The successful candidate will develop and utilize various IFEC reports and tools to recognize systemic system issues and routine maintenance tasks, work collaboratively with 3rd party service providers to institutionalize positive corrective action, coordinate actions with the IFEC Cabin Maintenance planning teams, and monitor effectiveness
of those actions.
Monitor and manage IFEC operational performance by interacting directly with tools and reports provided by Delta or 3rd party service providers to characterize operational issues as systemic or routine and distinguish them as either hardware, software, or integration issues
