Contribute to CRM planning, strategy, campaign roadmaps, and timelines.
Analyze campaign performance and develop A/B tests to measure the impact of changes on key performance indicators.

A high degree of initiative, ownership, and personal responsibility.
Curiosity and a natural desire to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how to make it better.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with partners across the organization.
Comfort balancing multiple priorities and working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to test, learn, and iterate.
The ability to move comfortably between strategic planning, detailed execution, and performance analysis.
A customer-focused approach and interest in creating more relevant, effective experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
Email campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule, with strong execution across targeting, personalization, testing, and deployment.
