As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the business operations plan of record across varying time-horizon granularity that captures the full lifecycle of data center components flowing through our Failure Analysis (FA) Lab and the operational, capacity, and business impact.
You will partner closely with Operations, Leadership, Finance, Engineering, Systems and Analytics teams to translate customer demand signals into actionable operational plans that drive throughput, optimize capacity utilization, and ensure on-time delivery of spare parts back to the fleet. This role requires strong cross-functional communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities across a global network, and a passion for building repeatable, scalable planning processes in a fast-paced reverse logistics environment.
