LAYIQ - Sales Enablement Specialist (Remote) at Graybar

3-5 years’ experience training others and facilitating learning
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred experience in electrical distribution, sales, customer service, supply chain
Knowledge of the Company's products, services, customers, and competitors
Knowledge of wholesale distribution industry
Knowledge of training and facilitation methods
Written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to effectively train and instruct others
Ability to analyze, assess, and measure success of training programs
Ability to build relationships and influence within assigned functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively
Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $70,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
Working Conditions: Office environment. Some travel required.
