Team Lead Record to Report
Based in Amsterdam, the Record to Report (R2R) team sits within FinOps, further building out the General Ledger (GL) and Tax Accounting function. As Team Lead, you will drive the operational shift from function-based accounting to process-owned streams across Lead-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
This is a high-scope, hands-on leadership role for someone with a true builder mentality. You will not only coach a team, but actively dive into system architecture, data pipelines, and core processes to lay the foundation for Adyen’s 10X growth strategy.
