The Revenue Operations Manager serves as the strategic backbone of the sales organization, combining analytical expertise with operational excellence to drive revenue growth and efficiency. This hire moves the company from early stage ad hoc processes to repeatable, scalable infrastructure. Beyond traditional CRM administration and reporting, the modern Sales Ops Manager owns the full revenue infrastructure: routing logic, SLA enforcement, analytics frameworks, tool integration architecture, and cross-functional operating cadences.
