LAYIQ - Collateral Servicing Specialist at CrossCountry Mortgage

2+ years of mortgage servicing experience, required.
Knowledge of legal descriptions, surveys, and property related proposed agreements, required.
Experience with partial lien releases, easements, and other types of property modification requests, subordinations, CEMAs, and Co-Ops, preferred.
Experience using MSP mortgage servicing platform, preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
