What You Can Expect
As an AI Deployment Strategist at Zoom, you will be at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world customer impact, leading the deployment of next-generation Virtual Agents powered by LLMs and agentic frameworks. You will partner directly with strategic customers to translate complex business goals into intelligent, automated voice and chat experiences that resolve issues faster and more naturally.
