This is a full-time, in-person position across 48 working weeks per year. Four weeks are scheduled off each year and please note they are unpaid:
July 4th week
Thanksgiving week
Christmas week
New Year's week
Where This Role Can Take You
As a Tutoring Center Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in people management, operations, customer experience, enrollment, and community outreach. As Think Zone grows, strong performers can move into larger leadership roles:
Tutoring Center Manager → Regional Manager → Regional Director
You will have ownership of your center with training and support from experienced managers and HQ teams along the way.
