Support customers. Keep the sales team moving. Build your career. As a Sales Support Specialist at Uline’s Boston Sales Office, you’ll help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. From answering questions to processing orders and preparing quotes, you’ll play a key role in delivering the legendary service Uline is known for.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as a go-to resource for customers and Sales Representatives, answering questions and helping keep orders moving.
Respond to customer calls and Sales Representative emails with fast, friendly service.
Prepare customer quotes, process orders and coordinate pricing with vendors.
Support Sales Leadership with reporting, projects and day-to-day needs.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years of office experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
