- Create and deliver assigned engineering and related technical training and development programs over rolling a 9 – 12 month time horizon
- Role Accountabilities
· Develop technical courses and programs in multiple formats to meet Company skill set requirements and client commitments.
· Plan, prepare, and conduct assigned engineering and related technical training and development programs for employees, clients, and service providers at company facilities or client facilities
· Develop generic training materials for onsite training use or customization by others
· Ensure course material and equipment are prepared and available prior to course
