ABOUT THE ROLE: The Office and Human Resources Coordinator is the on-site HR partner for the night shift at our Florence, Kentucky production facility. This role leads employee engagement, conducts employee investigations, runs new-hire orientations, and makes first-response judgment calls on workplace injuries. You’ll partner closely with HR leadership, production supervisors, and employees to keep night shift teams supported, safe, and connected.
