What We Need
NetBrain is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Salesforce Platform Strategy and Delivery to lead the operating model, roadmap, governance, and day-to-day delivery of its Salesforce platform. This is not a position for someone who intends to operate primarily through delegation. The director will work directly in the details of intake, triage, requirements, solution design, backlog management, QA, user acceptance testing, releases, deployments, documentation, and production support.
