The Strategic Financial Services Sales team partners with leading Canadian financial institutions to address complex risk, fraud, identity, and compliance challenges. The team delivers strategic value through innovative data, analytics, and risk solutions, with a strong focus on consultative selling, executive relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Job:

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue within a defined portfolio of named, Canadian-headquartered financial services accounts through the sale of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions. This role develops strategic account plans, builds executive-level relationships, and coordinates cross-functional resources to maximize customer value and revenue opportunities.

You'll Be Responsible For:

Uncovering opportunities and negotiating and closing contracts within a named Canadian client base.

Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives across a defined portfolio of named accounts.

Developing and implementing strategic account plans that assess revenue potential, identify sales strategies, outline targeted activities, and determine the cross-functional resources required to maximize revenue opportunities.

Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level decision makers, through consultative engagement and face-to-face field sales meetings.

Scheduling and hosting quarterly business reviews with clients to assess performance, align on priorities, and identify growth opportunities.

Managing pipeline development and forecasting while clearly articulating the value of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions in alignment with customer business goals.
