LAYIQ - Account Manager, Paid Social at DEPT®, Remote

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and analytics tools.
Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the mid and upper funnels, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives, with a strong grasp of full-funnel activation.
Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats to inform optimization and strategy.
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, surface insights, and deliver clear optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools for performance tracking and insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing presentations and strategic storytelling.
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, supporting skill development, performance growth, and team engagement.
