LAYIQ - Deployment Operations Manager at Reflex Robotics, Nyc, NY

1) Deployment Operations: You own the logistics and execution of customer onboarding. From detailed planning of robot delivery to site-mapping and final handoff, you ensure that every customer pilot is a flawless success from Day 1.
2) Test Facility Management: Manage the intake of customer equipment and pallets, setting up physical workflows that mirror site environments. You are responsible for testing and measuring robot readiness against actual customer inventory to greenlight deployments.
3) Fleet Tracking & Reliability: You are the source of truth for how our robots are actually performing. You will track and report on fleet health, software reliability, and hardware MTBF.
