LAYIQ - Marketing Programs Associate at CAPTRUST, Raleigh, NC

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business information systems, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role
Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation technologies
Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and website content optimization
Experience supporting paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms
A background in investments, wealth management, financial services, or professional services marketing is a plus
Desired Qualifications/Skills: Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar technologies
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of lead management processes and digital marketing attribution models
Knowledge of SEO tools and technologies and familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
Experience managing email lists, audience segmentation, and campaign testing
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Maintains exceptional attention to detail and accountability
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies and marketing disciplines
