LAYIQ - Technical Account Manager - Enterprise at Plaid

10+ years of experience in client-facing, technology-focused roles that combine business expertise and technical acumen; experience working with enterprise customers strongly preferred.
Proven ability to independently manage complex customer relationships and develop technical strategies that drive adoption, customer success, and measurable business outcomes.
Strong technical foundation across APIs, databases, system infrastructure, and architecture; experience with tools such as Postman, SQL, and monitoring/logging platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences and connect solutions to business objectives, KPIs, and revenue outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence technical decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels, including executives, while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Proactive, customer-first problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, escalations, competing priorities, and unexpected roadblocks under pressure.
