LAYIQ - Local Flex Sales Representative - Rosemont at US Foods

Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and successful onboarding activities.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by developing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer retention, profitability, and long-term success.
Manage customer coverage and account alignment activities to support effective portfolio management, business continuity, and sales resource optimization.
Develop account growth strategies that increase sales, profitability, customer retention, and share of wallet.
Identify customer needs and recommend products, services, and solutions that drive business value.
Conduct pricing and contract discussions within established company guidelines.
Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage customer activity, opportunities, and account information.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Credit, and other internal teams to support customer success.
Monitor account performance and proactively address opportunities and risks.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales objectives.
Exercises judgment and discretion in managing customer relationships, prioritizing opportunities, recommending solutions, and executing sales strategies within established guidelines.
Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities to continuously enhance sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and job performance.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION : N/A RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Work closely with Local Sales Leadership, Customer Contact Team, and Operations teams
External: Customer contacts for all assigned accounts, build broker relationships at the market level
WORK ENVIRONMENT
On-site: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods office-based environment.
Professional call-center-style environment with CRM, phone, and digital tools
Frequent collaboration with sales enablement, marketing, and field sales teams
