As a Project Manager - HVAC Service, you'll lead commercial HVAC and Plumbing installations, service projects, and large-scale repairs from initial estimating and proposal development through execution and closeout.
In this role, you'll take ownership of project delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while managing multiple projects and bid opportunities. Working closely with service technicians, field leadership, sales teams, vendors, and subcontractors, you'll develop cost-effective solutions, coordinate resources, and build lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead Project Execution: Manage assigned service projects from planning through closeout, ensuring successful delivery within established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
- Develop Estimates & Proposals: Evaluate customer needs, drawings, and specifications to define project scope and prepare detailed estimates and proposals for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and installations.
