LAYIQ - Maintenance Manager II- Temperanceville, VA-1st shift at Tyson Foods

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5+ years of maintenance supervisor experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to provide the workforce with clear and precise direction.
Special Skills: Considerable knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, refrigeration, and automation systems.
Maintenance training skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to accept and delegate responsibility.
Supervisory: Responsible for supervising maintenance supervisors and/or personnel who perform related maintenance tasks and activities.
Travel: 1–5 trips per year.
