About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time Creative Strategist to develop ideas that build Base’s audience, make our products easier to understand, and drive measurable customer growth. You’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Base’s organic social channels while supporting creative strategy and execution across paid channels, especially Meta and YouTube. You’ll translate customer insights and performance data into original concepts, recurring series, scripts, and creative briefs. This is a strategy-led, hands-on role.
