The Role
In the role of Head of Tax, you will serve as both strategic safeguard and functional architect. Rather than simply overseeing filings, you will architect international tax frameworks that dictate how capital moves across borders, including the US and Latin America. Partnering with Product and Engineering teams, you will embed automated tax calculation and withholding engines into our ecosystem.
Managing complex operational scale, you will allow ARQ to expand rapidly while staying fully compliant with evolving tax regulations and transfer pricing rules.
