The Role
As Head of Controllership, you will be tasked with transforming our cross-border financial operations into a fully scalable, audit-ready global infrastructure.
Serving as a fundamental pillar of our financial management, you will build and direct the multi-currency, multi-entity accounting ledger linking our operations in Latin America and the US. This strategic leadership position demands relentless precision to streamline financial close schedules, architect an advanced Chart of Accounts, and establish robust balance sheet reporting suited for upcoming strategic corporate milestones, such as debt capital facilities and future capital markets readiness.
