Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our operations in the Oklahoma City, OK area. The Lead Technician supports the execution of every Digi installation project as the Project Lead’s right hand on site, stepping up to lead when the Project Lead is absent, and leading a small team of installers on small to medium jobs. Lead Technicians also handle quick-resolve service work that protects partner trust between projects. The work is hands-on, partner-facing, and central to how Digi delivers.
