. Provides classroom instruction, workshops, and training sessions; assist faculty members teaching conflict resolution courses (including co-teaching where appropriate). Provides coaching, development, and feedback to the lecturers.
Supervises teaching assistants and legal assistants working in the Program.
In collaboration with the Director, conducts an assessment of the current Gould courses and updated the courses including sample syllabi, teaching plan and guide, and interactive exercises.
Develops initiatives and implements changes to improve quality and services of the program.
Identifies and determines cause of problems; develops and presents recommendations for improvement of established processes and practices.
Expands the Gould Center
ADR Research Initiative
’s simulation database by updating existing simulations; and creating new simulations which includes teaching notes, sample preparation memos, slides, and other support materials. Supervises legals assistants working on the initiative.

Program course per academic year.
Hires, manages and develops student employees efficiently.
Maintains contact with students, faculty, staff, and administration; and solicits feedback for improved services.
Maximizes productivity through use of appropriate deployment of people, technology and tools, planned training and performance initiatives.

Prepares progress reports; informs
Director of project status; and deviation from goals. Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all operational functions. Prepares and submits other reports as requested and required.
Supports the operations of the Gould
Center for Conflict
Resolution.
Performs other duties as need to support
Center objectives, projects, and the overall mission.
Helpful information: Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer terminal.
May be required to travel to other buildings on the campus.
Will need to talk on the phone or videoconference with clients, mentors, etc.
Work on evenings or weekends may be required.

Resolution
(e.g., recent experience in negotiation and other conflict resolution courses preferred)
Demonstrated understanding of how a university operates and makes decisions
A positive and professional approach to all constituencies
Strong organizational and leadership skills

Apps; willingness to learn and master new software
The ability to work independently and complete projects accurately and on time with minimal supervision
