As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will direct the cross-functional program strategy, governance, and operational frameworks for Google’s Modular Manufacturing and Integration organization. As a founding member of this newly formed team, you will operate with high autonomy, partnering directly with leadership to help define and shape how this organization operates from the ground up.
In this role, you will navigate high ambiguity to bridge the gap between long-term technical vision and pragmatic cross-organizational execution across multiple partner teams. You will direct a strategic portfolio of programs, establishing the operating models, planning cadences, and review mechanisms required to scale.
