About the job
The Creator Monetization team is responsible for driving and evolving the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) and monetization experiences to meet the needs of creators around the world as our landscape, products and business objectives evolve. We set the strategy, design, and execute the programs that delivered $100B in earnings to 3M+ creators over the past 4 years. YPP’s mission is to attract, invest in, and recognize all promising and trusted creators to ensure they lean into YouTube.
We build global programs and experiences that help make YouTube the best place for creators to grow their channels and build their businesses.
As a Product Manager for YPP Programs, you will lead high-priority strategic product initiatives and creator experiences across the YouTube Partner Program. This role focuses on driving core creator monetization strategy such as defining eligibility criteria, determining user journeys for different creator archetypes, launching new monetization features, and evaluating how YPP can better support external earnings like brand sponsorships.
