Recruiting / Business Support Internship – Remote

10 hours per week

) allows you to work remotely while gaining practical experience and collaborating with professionals across the organization.

• What You'll Do: Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting candidate outreach
• Help coordinate interviews and maintain candidate information and recruiting records
• Support internship program activities, including applicant tracking, communications, and onboarding coordination
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, document organization, and other business operations projects
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to support company initiatives and improve internal processes

Qualifications:: ✅ U.S. Citizenship required

• ✅ Major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field
• ✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new software and systems
• ✅ Ability to handle information professionally and maintain confidentiality
• ✅ Interest in recruiting, HR, and supporting business operations
